Nets Court Equipment

Badminton nets differ mainly in mesh density and edge tape durability — a club-grade net built for daily academy use will hold tension and shape far longer than a lightweight net meant for occasional backyard games, even though they can look similar in photos. Regulation net height is 1.55m at the posts and 1.524m at the center, so if you're setting up a semi-permanent court, it's worth checking that the post height and net combination actually meets that spec rather than assuming any net-and-post set is tournament-standard. For home or casual use, a simpler net-and-portable-post set is usually enough and easier to store between sessions, while clubs and academies get more mileage out of the heavier-duty, fixed-post setups. ShuttleZone's court equipment listings cover both ends of that range, so you can match what you buy to how permanent your setup needs to be.
