Orders & Payments
Browse any product, select your variant (if applicable), and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide a delivery address and choose a payment method.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa and direct bank transfer. COD is available on most orders across Pakistan.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email. Once the seller has dispatched the item, cancellation is no longer possible.
Yes. You'll receive an on-screen confirmation and an email with your order number. If you have an account, the order will also appear in your Order History.
Yes. We do not store card details. All online payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
Delivery & Shipping
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala and hundreds of other cities and towns.
Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad typically receive orders within 2–3 business days. Other major cities take 3–5 days. Remote areas including AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan may take up to 7–10 days.
Shipping rates start from PKR 200 for major cities. Orders above PKR 3,000 qualify for free standard delivery within Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Express delivery is available at an additional charge.
We ship via TCS Express, Leopards Courier and Trax. The courier is selected based on your city and the seller's location.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can also track your order at aerosmashadminton.pk/orders/track using your order number or email address.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.
Strung rackets (where stringing was performed post-purchase), opened shuttlecock tubes, worn footwear, and items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
Log into your account, go to Order History, select the relevant order and click "Request Return". Fill in the reason and submit. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Product Authenticity
Yes. All sellers on our platform undergo a verification process and must provide proof of authorisation or legitimate sourcing. We actively monitor listings for counterfeit or misrepresented products. Any verified counterfeit listing results in immediate seller suspension.
Many brands include authentication stickers or QR codes on their products. Yonex, Victor and Li-Ning all offer official verification tools on their websites. If you suspect a product is not genuine, contact us immediately.
Currently, all listed products are new. Some sellers may list open-box items with explicit labelling. Used or refurbished products are not permitted on the platform at this time.
Accounts & Loyalty
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, manage returns, save addresses, and earn loyalty points on every purchase.
Every purchase earns you loyalty points (1 point per PKR 100 spent). Points can be redeemed against future orders. You also unlock Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers with exclusive discounts and early access to sales.
Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email and we'll send a reset link valid for 30 minutes.
Selling on AeroSmash
Visit /sell and click "Start Selling". Complete the multi-step registration form with your business details, bank information and store profile. Our team reviews applications within 48–72 hours.
Our standard commission rate is 10% of the order value (excluding shipping). Commission rates may vary by product category or seller tier.
Payouts are processed on a weekly basis for all orders with confirmed delivery. Funds are transferred directly to the seller's registered bank account.
