Our goal is simple: make it easier for badminton players across Pakistan to discover and buy the equipment they need, while giving badminton sellers an online platform where they can list and sell their products.

Shuttlezone is not a physical shop. We are an online-only marketplace, managed from Lahore, Pakistan. Instead of operating our own inventory, Shuttlezone provides a platform where independent sellers can create their stores and list their badminton products.
Customers can browse products from different sellers through one platform, place orders, and communicate with Shuttlezone when they need assistance with their order. Our marketplace is designed to make the connection between badminton sellers and customers easier and more convenient.
When you place an order, the order information is shared with the relevant seller, who prepares and dispatches the product according to their listed shipping arrangements. Because different sellers may have different delivery arrangements, delivery charges, processing times and payment requirements can vary from one seller to another — so always read the product description and seller information carefully before placing an order.
Shuttlezone currently focuses exclusively on badminton equipment, and the marketplace may contain both original products and master-copy products. Customers should carefully read the product title, description, specifications and other available information before purchasing.

How Shuttlezone Works
When you place an order on Shuttlezone, the order information is shared with the relevant seller. The seller is responsible for preparing and dispatching the product and managing the delivery according to their listed shipping arrangements. Shuttlezone primarily manages the connection between the customer and seller and facilitates the marketplace transaction.
Because different sellers may have different delivery arrangements, delivery charges, processing times and payment requirements can vary from one seller to another. Customers should therefore read the product description and seller information carefully before placing an order.

For sellers
For Badminton Sellers
Shuttlezone also provides an opportunity for badminton sellers to sell their products online. There is currently no commission charged by Shuttlezone on seller sales — sellers can list and sell products without a hidden marketplace commission under our current model.
- •Sellers register through our onboarding process and provide seller name, contact information, business name, delivery charges, free-delivery threshold, minimum order amount and product information.
- •Seller applications are generally reviewed within 1–2 days.
- •Sellers can add products to their store while their application is being processed, but their products remain invisible to customers until their seller account has been approved.

How We Verify Sellers
Application
Seller submits business details, contact information, delivery charges, and product information via our registration form. Applications are generally reviewed within 1–2 days.
WhatsApp Interview
Our team conducts a manual WhatsApp interview and document check to verify the seller and their business before the account is approved.
Approval & Go Live
Sellers can add products while their application is being processed, but their products remain invisible to customers until the seller account has been approved.
Our Commitments
Clear Product Labelling
Shuttlezone may list both original and master-copy products. Every listing is presented for you to review before you buy.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available where the seller supports it. Payment requirements vary by seller — some require advance payment before dispatch.
Nationwide Delivery
We ship across Pakistan through TCS, Leopards and Trax courier networks, with delivery times set by each seller.
Eligible-Issue Returns
