• Sellers: Your name, delivery address and order details are shared with the relevant seller to fulfil your order.
• Courier partners: TCS, Leopards, Trax and others receive your name, phone number and address for delivery.
• Payment gateways: JazzCash, EasyPaisa and bank transfer providers receive transaction data necessary to process payments.
• Email service providers: We use a third-party email platform (e.g., Zoho / ZeptoMail) to send transactional and marketing emails.
• Analytics providers: Anonymised usage data may be shared with Google Analytics.
• Legal authorities: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Order records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see Section 9). Certain data (e.g., transaction records) may be retained longer as required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and session-based authentication. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

Our platform is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
