Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AeroSmash. If you are not happy with an item, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Window

Items may be returned within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong item delivered.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be in its original, unused condition
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags, labels and accessories intact
  • Be accompanied by the original order confirmation or delivery note
  • Not fall under the non-returnable items list (see Section 3)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Rackets that have been strung post-purchase (stringing service orders)
  • Opened shuttlecock tubes (feather or nylon)
  • Footwear that has been worn or shows signs of use
  • Personalised or customised products
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
  • Downloadable digital products (e.g., e-books, training programmes)
  • Hygiene products (inner socks, sweatbands) once opened

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to Account → Order History.
  2. Select the relevant order and click "Request Return / Exchange".
  3. Choose the item(s) to return, select a reason, and submit. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  4. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and send return instructions by email.
  5. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the specified courier. Return shipping is covered by AeroSmash for wrong or defective items. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Guest users can initiate a return by emailing support@aerosmashadminton.pk with your order number.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer. Please ensure your bank details are up to date in your account.
  • JazzCash / EasyPaisa refunds are returned to the source mobile wallet.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We support size and colour exchanges subject to stock availability. Exchanges are processed as a return + new order. If the exchanged item is higher in price, you will be asked to pay the difference. If lower, the difference will be refunded.

7. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free return pickup and either send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping charges at our discretion.

8. Seller-Specific Return Policies

Some sellers on AeroSmash may operate their own return policies which may be more generous than our platform policy. Such policies are clearly displayed on the relevant product pages and store pages. In all cases, the AeroSmash policy sets the minimum standard.
