Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on aerosmashadminton.pk. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed by the seller within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak sale periods (e.g., Eid, seasonal sales) processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free standard shipping on orders above PKR 3,000 to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad).
- Free standard shipping on orders above PKR 5,000 to secondary cities.
- Free standard shipping on orders above PKR 7,000 to all other areas.
- For orders below these thresholds, standard shipping starts from PKR 200.
- Express shipping is charged additionally and displayed at checkout.
4. Courier Partners
We ship via TCS Express, Leopards Courier, and Trax. The courier is selected at the seller's discretion based on your city and fastest available service. Some remote areas may only be serviced by a single courier partner.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can track your shipment:
- On our website: aerosmashadminton.pk/orders/track
- Directly on the courier's website using the provided tracking number
- In your Account → Order History (logged-in users)
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Pakistan. A COD handling surcharge of PKR 50 is added to your order total at checkout. For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours. Unclaimed COD orders will be returned to the seller and a re-delivery fee may apply.
7. Multi-Seller Orders
AeroSmash is a multi-vendor marketplace. If your cart contains products from multiple sellers, each seller will dispatch independently. You may receive multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers for a single order.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, take photographs immediately and contact us within 48 hours at support@aerosmashadminton.pk. We will initiate a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund. For lost shipments (no courier scan for over 15 days), please contact us and we will investigate.
